@caloriesproper2 Really? I've been quite interested in the topic of long term benzodiazapine use and it's side effects, have yet to come across any convincing data showing permanent cognitive decline
@Helios_Movement Intermittent use of an anxiolytic, especially something like pregabalin, to reduce inhibitions and support the integration of positive social experiences has relatively limited risks and is probably the biggest needle mover for the average socially stunted gen z guy.
