Users' funds are still stuck on BitMart.

The deadline for withdrawals is fast approaching, while BitMart's official Chinese account (@BitMart_zh ) is calling out the CEO and demanding answers over the ongoing withdrawal issues.

The CEO, however, claims that the official X Chinese account has been compromised.

But, if the withdrawal deadline elapse, what happens to users who are still unable to withdraw their funds?

This space really needs stronger regulatory bodies and independent organizations that can hold exchanges like this accountable and ensure users get their funds back.

🚨OPENGRADIENT CO-FOUNDER CLAIMS BITMART IS INSOLVENT!

@0xDeltaHedged, co-founder of OpenGradient, says his market-making team’s funds are stuck on BitMart and cannot be withdrawn, alleging the exchange is insolvent.

He also claims BitMart pushed token holders to lock assets on the platform roughly a week before its shutdown announcement as a pure liquidity play.

BitMart is in the middle of an orderly wind-down, trading ends Aug 26, has previously insisted withdrawals remain available, and has not directly responded to these specific claims.
