The collective generosity behind this gift highlights the strength and spirit of the Punk’s community whom has carried the project forward.

C.N. Yang has passed, age 103.

Yang was awarded the Nobel prize at 35, for parity violation (shared with T.D. Lee). But his greatest contribution was probably Yang-Mills theory, now referred to as gauge theory. When I was a student the former designation was as common as the latter.

Freeman Dyson called Yang "the pre-eminent stylist of 20th-century physics".

"Dr. Yang's sense of mathematical beauty turns his least important calculations into miniature works of art, and turns his deeper speculations into masterpieces."

Dyson believed only Albert Einstein and Paul Dirac exceeded Yang as stylists in physics.

MSM: „Bereicherung 575.929,84 Euro nicht beweisbar.”

Diese Zahl war von der StA erfunden und widersprach sogar der Anklageschrift. Wie vor Gericht dargelegt, erlitt @Michael_Ballweg durch die Demos Verluste.

Hintergrund: Man kann Geld nur beiseite schaffen, wenn man mehr einnimmt als man für Technik, Logistik usw. ausgibt, also Gewinne macht. Aber woher sollen StA mit Rechenkünsten wie Habeck so etwas ahnen?

Selbst kluge Kommentatoren wie @OvertonMagazin übersahen: Hätte das Gericht die Demotätigkeit als Gewerbebetrieb beurteilt, statt als Privatsache, wäre das Ergebnis für @Michael_Ballweg günstiger gewesen, weil seine Verluste zu einer noch höheren Erstattung als 200.000 Euro geführt hätten.

Und was ist mit den 19,53 Euro Vorsteuer, die an 1953 erinnern, die Niederschlagung der DDR-Demos? Die Erklärung wurde vom Steuerberater abgegeben. Ballweg konnte den Bagatellbetrag nicht im Schlussgespräch korrigieren, weil er zuvor verhaftet wurde. Kein Vorsatz.

Und die versuchte Hinterziehung durch verspätete Abgabe? Erstens war Ballweg gar nicht zur Abgabe verpflichtet, weil bereits eine Steuerfahndung mit Hausdurchsuchung gegen ihn lief. Zweitens hatte er wegen beschlagnahmter Steuerunterlagen Probleme, aus dem Gefängnis heraus Erklärungen zu arrangieren.

Ein Freispruch erster Klasse wäre das richtige Urteil gewesen! Statt dessen hat die Kammer den MSM eine Vorlage geliefert, mit der sie über den rein politischen Charakter des Prozesses hinwegtäuschen konnten.

Kein einziger Ermittler wollte die Erfindungen der StA vor Gericht bestätigen, obwohl die meisten mit eigenen Rechtsbeiständen kamen.

Werden sich StA Franziska Gräfe und Niklas Eisele jetzt vollends lächerlich machen, indem sie beim BGH drei Jahre Gefängnis fordern? Oder dämmert ihnen, dass in den politischen Verfahren nur Nachwuchskräfte wie sie verheizt werden, weil erfahrenen StA diese Sachen zu heiß sind?
