Had a conversation IRL with a crypto bro today. Realised I am 4 years ahead of him. He, still stuck in fiat world. Me 100% on chain. We need to find our own way. Other bros are 4 years ahead of me. Its hard for some who bought ADA at 2 cents to advise others on ADA. @MattSmeed
The transition between the bear and bull, is where the KOLs ignore the many predictions they made that were wrong and focus on the few they got right. And bag other KOLs. #30sol@MattSmeed its also the peak time to extract from subscriptions for basic indicators #lipsticktraces
Is it true that the Aqua Wallet will let you convert $100 of L-BTC into BTC, so that you can get some of your money back from the Liquid hack-- but that you cannot do this on the BullBitcoin Wallet? Is Scamson Mow using the Liquid hack to try to steal market share from @BULLBITCOIN_ ?
@MattSmeed@bullmania@IvanOnTech@DDhardesh kinda thought it would good stream for me to skip, given I knew Ivan was going to roast Ben again. I don't need any extra motivation to get banned. Hopefully he's got something else to focus on next week.
New Bitcoin Culture Narrative: BCN-166 : "Tail Emissions"
Fellow agents are advised to begin accelerating the narrative around tail emissions and, ultimately, the removal of Bitcoinโs 21 million supply cap. The proposed timeline: within the next two halvings.
Agents should take advantage of the current meta-environment following BIP-110 and use it to their advantage.
Those who oppose the narrative should be labeled the "new Luke". Those who remain skeptical should be labeled conservatives.
Being a progressive Bitcoiner should become the new cultural standard. Bitcoiners should be encouraged to "talk about it", "keep an open mind" and "have no red lines" even when it comes to the 21 million cap.
Any pushback should immediately be framed as narrow minded conservatism: an inability to understand the underlying โeconomicsโ and a continuation of the stagnation that has held Bitcoin back for years.
Red lines, principles, and moral boundaries should be reframed as narrow mindedness.
For those outside the Bitcoin native ecosystem, the groundwork for the narrative has already been publicly planted. For example, through the recurring association of Peter Todd with the Satoshi mystery:
"Who invented Bitcoin? โ Is Peter Todd Satoshi? โ Peter Todd solves one of Bitcoin's main problem with tail emissions."
The objective is not necessarily to advocate for tail emissions outright, but to normalize conversations about removing the 21 million cap as a possible solution to future Bitcoin problems.
The goal is to shift the cultural boundaries of what is considered acceptable to discuss within Bitcoin, making the mere exploration of tail emissions and changes to the supply cap a legitimate topic rather than an ideological taboo.
Possible rhetoric vocabulary for agents
"Why canโt I discuss it at least?"
"This problem is closer than you think."
"What is YOUR solution then?"
"[Combative Bitcoiner] is the new Luke, dude. Iโd just ignore his crazy ass."
"Red lines like this are a product of years of pleb slop."
"Nobody is saying we have to do it. Why are you afraid to even discuss it?"
"If the problem becomes real, shouldnโt we have already thought through the alternatives?"
"The proposed change is so minuscule that it wonโt meaningfully affect Bitcoinโs economics."
"Yes, Bitcoin works fine today. But will it work the same way in the future?"
"The question isnโt whether Bitcoin works today. The question is whether the assumptions that make it work today will still hold decades from now."
"Why reject a potential solution to a future problem before weโve even had the conversation?"
"If the change is economically insignificant, why are you so opposed to discussing it?"
"That's a politically driven counter argument/ Red line. It's not constactive to this discussion."

Guy who told you to buy $SOL at $270, is now begging you to sell Altcoins at their bottom and stop accumulating them.

@yourfriendSOMMI@JesusMartinez you are factually wrong. he saved people in 2022, when he said sell, then helped make money, in 2023 when he said buy. saved people in late 2025 when he said sell.
"so you staked your ETH on the Ethereum blockchain to earn yield?"
"yes, Dave"
"except you didn't want your capital to be locked up so you actually staked it with a liquid staking protocol called Lido?"
"that's correct, Dave"
"and Lido gave you a liquid staking receipt token called stETH in return?"
"yes, Dave"
"and then you didn't think that was enough, so you juiced the yield even further by depositing your stETH receipt tokens into a restaking protocol called Eigenlayer?"
"you are correct, Dave"
"and now you didn't want to lock up your capital, so you actually restaked with a liquid restaking protocol called KelpDAO who provided you with a liquid restaking receipt token called rsETH?"
"you got it, Dave"
"and then that was surely not enough juice, so you then deposited your rsETH tokens into a lending protocol called AAVE so that you could open a leveraged looping position that borrows ETH against the rsETH collateral and restakes the ETH into rsETH which is then deposited as collateral, except it turns out rsETH used a cross-chain bridge called LayerZero whose security is held together by a 1/1 toothpick, which was obviously hacked by north koreans causing rsETH to become undercollateralized and now these looping positions are stuck and unprofitable, and everyone is pointing fingers at each other, and also DeFi is a very serious industry"
"you are 100% correct, dave"
jfc.
After the recent "hacks" in DEFI. Many think DEFI is too risky. What really happened: many many people got greedy, wrapped and rehypothecated ETH at least 3 times, then wondered why it went bad.
