When she bought the home the payments were manageable. Just 3 years later, she’s being forced to sell her home

Property taxes increased, then her homeowners insurance increased to match the new value of her home

In just 3 years her monthly payment went up $3,500 PER MONTH because of property taxes and homeowners insurance

This is a scam

This is extremely common and how so many Americans are losing their homes. Inflated property values bring massive property tax increases and then their homeowners insurance increases to match it
