#HDGrid + #EnsiteX + #OT. This AAFL was induced on a De Novo AFib patient while gathering our initial CS Pace ILAM map. Gorgeous signals were found on the posterior wall of the LA. Flutter was induced while mapping and we knew just the spot to go🎯. #EPeeps @JohnSummers_MD

Great figure of eight atypical flutter. 1st time redo with #HDGrid and #OTNearField on #EnsiteX. Turn down the scar setting and you can see the the fork in the conduction of the anterior wall.
