A few days ago, a pothole appeared outside my house after the rains.

I complained to the municipality, but it was a voice complaint,no photos, no visual evidences.

So I filed it on CPGRAMS with photographs.

Within 24 hours, PWD called for the location. A few hours later, the pothole was fixed, and completion photos were uploaded.

Then came calls from the district, state and Centre asking if it was actually fixed and whether I was satisfied.

Complaint → Accountability → Action → Verification.

This is how you use the system.
