@GoldenTours @TfL Not to mention it is right across the recommended crossing point! Why not use the bus stops 20 metres up the road as your staff are quick enough to shout if a coach stops in on of your red route bus stops (which we are allowed to do)

I was quoted 40-50mins when I placed the order which is long enough then to wait double the time then it gets cancelled 😡 😡
