@theagenttrades@unusual_whales Yes, Tesla FSD already does this. The vehicles also have a microphone that listen for sirens in addition to the cameras.
@garyblack00 With whose cars? Do you think they will attempt to manage a fleet of both Teslas running FSD and lidar-equipped vehicles? In either case, it seems like overall cost advantages will go to Tesla.
@CollinRugg My takeaway is that she is projecting and she is the one with the adolescent mindset she speaks of. To compare Trump to Mussolini is… uninformed to say the least. She should read a history book.
@amuse “People need to earn it.” Translation: We will allow illegals the ability to reside in the U.S. as asylees and then seek to grant them citizenship once they’re eligible after 5 years of permanent residence. Just in time for 2028 election!

@Gravysprinklez@Tesla What’s the next line of negative and uninformed thinking now that we have this on top? That both Tesla and Community Notes are lying?
I implore you and others with this thinking to do some surface level research on general inductive charging efficiency. Tests in the field are already producing 90-95%+ efficiency. Tesla is also arguably best in class for thermal management systems in vehicles already, which is easily transferable to an inductive charger. There will be no debate if inductive charging is best for convenience and practicality in 2-5 years.
@dangmagic@Tesla Many households currently have wireless vacuums (e.g. iRobot Roomba) that dock themselves for charging. Tesla AI will not have an issue lining up “perfectly” over a stationary charger.
