This is totally unacceptable. ICICI is no longer living upto the reputation it once had. Card delivered to the wrong address, delivery marked successful despite OTP denial to Blue Dart agent & Customer Care fails to call at the promised time. No accountability, no seriousness.

@ICICIBank_Care My replacement card was supposed to be delivered to my correspondence address. The branch, PIN code, & all details were confirmed multiple times by your executive. Then how was it still sent to the branch near my permanent address? Why is your service so pathetic?

@DTDCIndia @nch1915 Booked and paid for Air, but my shipment was sent Ground without any intimation. This is clear misrepresentation and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act. Need an urgent explanation.

@makemytrip @makemytripcare Your IVR redirects to gift card team even when option 5 (credit card) is chosen. Support repeatedly fails to resolve issues & tickets are closed without solutions. Even your Twitter handle dodges real questions. Truly pathetic & disappointing service.

@makemytripcare @makemytrip I keep getting calls from [phone] about my raised tickets, but for the second time, the caller hung up midway. Not sure if it’s a system issue or a deliberate act to avoid queries. Please look into this.

@makemytrip Could you clarify what counts as “travel spends” in the MMTBLACK membership criteria? Does it cover only MMT bookings (flights, hotels, cabs), or include spends made via the MMT credit card outside MMT too?

@zomato @zomatocare Terrible service! Being a Gold member is pointless. Who was the order for & what’s the payment status? Your delivery partner can’t answer, insists on canceling to clarify, and the customer unfairly loses a full refund.

Why would anyone refuse a prepaid order?

@OYO4U I followed all your procedures & policies still why did I have to suffer? The Hotel was closed. Your agent says no early check-in policy exists but the app says different. Also, my Bank details were asked for refund but only 500 OYO money was refunded. What kinda service is this?
