I got a test harness done with a reporting page, so I can now run the different test results before and after, and I'm on my first pass of optimization now. I have a huge list to go through.

Likely going to be red herrings on most of them but I suspect that there will be some actual useful fruit here shortly

I think it's time to make some custom tires that have a thin inner tire that sticks out like an inch more than the off-road part of the tire.

So that way it can skid steer and ride more efficiently on concrete and pavement, but when it goes off road it can sink in a little bit and use the extra tread around the edges

You should place some tiny Hollow voids above and below the weak point to force the slicer to put stronger walls into the infill.
