Circuit Court Judges are elected. So a judge in Lubbock County approved the injuction feels completely political and a self proserving move. A change of venue should have been mandated if they wanted to maintain integrity of the ruling. At least the first judge recused himself as he was a TTech grad. However, my gut reaction was "hell yes, boycott!". But now, I too am on the fence.
