I'm super excited to share this @APADivision15 podcast with Dr. Mary Helen Immordino-Yang! She discussed her work on how neuroscience research supports the importance of socioemotional learning and whole child approaches to education. https://t.co/ETaiYG07Lu
Paper that I helped @ZiyeWen with covering Flipgrid data and language use among elementary schoolers in the @DCL_IES project will be presented at @EARLI2023 !!!! Here's to starting the year with SEVERAL DCL publications ❤️ #phdlife#academicchatter#conferences
I cannot forget today. A 5th grader who’s been participating in @DCL_IES shouted to me before today’s small group discussion, “Ms. Clara! You are the best teacher!!”🥹… It’s indeed a joy to see students enjoying their learning☺️Almost do not want to finish the intervention..,,😶
One of the activities done as part of @DCL_IES project during social studies was displayed in a school’s walls! So proud💕
Our 4-5th graders identify themselves with: “Hispanic, Crafty, Kind, Energetic, Pet Owner, Muslim, Mixed, Funny, Harry Potter Fan…” 🤭
It is so sweet when your students and teachers appreciate an 8 week long SEL intervention by giving you these beautiful flowers and cards. They learnt yoga, mindfulness and had amazing small group discussions! ☺️ @Lin1653@Eanderman
I really appreciate this analysis & think it is important to investigate how replications affect (or not) citations to the original article. I wonder if such findings will be different in 5 years given the initial controversy over the OSC findings.

“We should have a web site” is not a design and build project. It is a never-ending project of editing… or more accurately av sounding editing until no one can remember when the information was last accurate.
