This type of illegal action by #HinduanCity SHO by detaining & beating innocent man came to check the crime which his wife has done and reported about #Bigamy #IPC494 #BNS82 is a punishable crime. The police is not taking a tion in the Women &protecting datshe can live with any1.

Wife has filed 498A and maintenance cases against husband. Upon discovering she's with somebody else, he informs the police and go there to verify. The woman admits that she's got re-married but surprisingly Sadar Hindaun police has taken first husband and 2 more persons from his side to Police Station, detained them and husband is now being beaten up.
Rajasthan is one of the states where we see large number of #HusbandMurder cases & with such treatment of husband who's reporting bigamy by wife, they're only being pushed to a state where they think there's no justice for them and sometimes even resort to self harm or Su!c!de.
