@TELUSsupport I did, it’s not the first time I have had that problem either. The app has never let me turn data back on after adding a top up. It says it works, but the phone still has not data, and when you re-load the app it says it’s off again.
@TELUSsupport your app is broken, your automated voice assistant serves only to frustrate and anger customers, and when it does finally let you through to an agent, your hold times are a joke
@TELUSsupport After 2 hours on hold, yes. They were able to re-enable data on one of my lines which I should have been able to do in two seconds on your app, but like I said… it’s broken.
Does anyone in #shpk have a power/gas company they have had good experiences with? 8 years with @ATCOenergy & being ignored, calling customer service for them to not address things & then send letters instead…? On top of insane bills 🤦🏻♀️
