I currently work in a team of about 20 people or so.
Over 60% of us are actively sitting for the CFA exams, and a few others are already CFA charterholders. 😂
Imagine working in an environment like that.
You can’t afford to get too comfortable. Every other conversation is about an exam or someone casually mentioning they just passed another CFA level.
Your biggest motivation is the people sitting right beside you.
If you weren’t serious about learning before, trust me, you will be very quickly. 😂
If you want a global career, you’ve got to start working towards it deliberately and intentionally. First step is to graduate with a good grade, a 1st class or 2:1 at the minimum.
