Fighting for the 44th: Landfall, Little Canada, Maplewood, N. St. Paul, Oakdale & Pine Springs | Supporting @TouXiongSenate, @PeterFischerMN & @leonlillie. 🌊
Why is it acceptable for the president to use taxpayer money to fly overseas and cut a ribbon at his own golf course?
Don’t normalize this abuse of office. It’s blatant corruption.
I commend the swift action by Governor Walz and the Minnesota National Guard in response to the cybersecurity breach of the City of Saint Paul. This illegal attack on Saint Paul's information systems demonstrates that our local governments, schools, and small businesses urgently need additional resources to bolster their cybersecurity posture to defend against these criminal attacks. That’s why I’ve supported national security investments in Metro State to train the workforce to work with state and local governments to improve our cyber defenses.
More than 16 million Americans are at risk of losing their health care because Republicans in Congress are rushing to pass a bill that would cut federal funding for Medicaid and weaken the Affordable Care Act.
If the House passes this bill, it will increase costs and hurt working class families for generations to come. Call your representative today and tell them to vote no on this bill.
I along with @DepSecHargan and @USDA Deputy Secretary Stephen Censky had a productive discussion with Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital staff on the important role of rural hospitals and the unique challenges facing rural healthcare.
Michelle, your vote for the One Big Ugly Bill will harm the very hospitals, clinics, & nursing homes you support in your district. Sanford agrees!
Stand up for Minnesotans & support quality, accessible rural healthcare by voting against the bill.

Congratulations to the Sanford Bemidji Crisis Center on its grand opening! This is a huge development for people in this community who used to wait hours & drive long distances to receive necessary care. I’m so thankful for all those working to improve rural healthcare.
Pete, you have turned your back on rural clinics & hospitals and the many Minnesotans who deserve quality, accessible healthcare near them.
Stand up for Minnesotans and keep your word to support rural healthcare.
Vote against the One Big Ugly Bill.

Pete, your vote for the One Big Ugly Bill will harm rural hospitals like the Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital. Stand up for Minnesotans and quality, rural healthcare.

Pete, your vote for the One Big Ugly Bill will creat more challenges to accessible quality healthcare in greater MN. Stand up for Minnesotans and quality, rural healthcare.
Minnesotans living in rural communities face a variety of challenges when trying to access quality healthcare. Rural America matters so I was proud to participate in a roundtable discussion w/healthcare stakeholders on how we can bridge the gap between rural & urban communities.
(1/2) Today, I met with leaders from @CuyunaMedCenter in Crosby to discuss issues affecting rural healthcare, including lack of broadband for telehealth and the continued effort to combat COVID-19.
This is precisely what’s wrong with our politics: doing things or encouraging people to do things just to get a reaction and cause “the greatest lib meltdown.”
Politics is to make positive, meaningful change. Not to drive division and anger.
Please, Dustin, do better.
Trump signing the Big Beautiful Bill on Independence Day would result in some of the greatest lib meltdown videos we have ever seen.
I’m here for that.
Let’s get this thing across the finish line.
The Hoffman family just shared with me this photo of former President @JoeBiden visiting them in the hospital. It’s the first picture of Senator John Hoffman since his attempted assassination. @kare11
We are all devastated by the tragic loss of Melissa and Mark Hortman.
Please join us for a candlelight vigil to honor the memory of Melissa and Mark, as well as to hold John, Yvette, and Hope Hoffman in our thoughts as they continue to recover and heal.
Q: Have you called Governor Walz yet?
Trump: I don't wanna call him. I think the Governor of Minnesota is so whacked out. Why would I call? I could call him and say, 'Hi, how you doing?' He's a mess. I could be nice and call him, but why waste time?
In a recent speech, Republican Rep. Walter Hudson declared "this is no longer politics as usual... this is war."
Hudson went on to compare Democrats to "an invading force" that is "trying to conquer you."
Rhetoric like this is toxic, radicalizing, and deranged. #mnleg
Call me crazy, but getting on stage and calling the opposition leader a dictator—right after your friend was murdered—isn’t exactly how you deescalate tensions.
Do better, Keith.
On Minnesota - I asked the president about the assassination and whether he plans to call the state's democratic governor @Tim_Walz
"Well, it's a terrible thing. I think he's a terrible governor. I think he's a grossly incompetent person. But I may, I may call him, I may call other people too," the president said.
