The biggest thing I've learned in the last few months is to take profits. If you take profits and move ur portfolio in increments, you will have less psychological struggle in decision making, and won't hesitate to sit on cash.

@StockDweebs REITs should have a strong recovery as vaccine roll out continues and looks like smooth sailing from here on out. That being said, I would say the commercial and retail real-estate market will remain smaller than it was pre covid. Residential REITs are the way to go IN MY OPINION
