@AmtrakNECAlerts Amtrak Keystone train 653 NYP-PHL has no air conditioning on multiple cars. It’s 100F outside. The cars are unbearably hot and people are pouring sweat. How is this acceptable on the hottest day of the year? Totally sold out train.

@PATHTrain 5 trains have come through 9th street towards 33rd. The train from 33-HOB just shows DELAY. When are we getting an update?

@AmtrakNECAlerts @SecretaryPete can you get answers out of Amtrak? Nobody else can. NEC Train 125 left Philadelphia over 3 hours ago. We keep stopping for unknown reasons and not one announcement on the train. Will anyone help us?

@AmtrakNECAlerts “We apologize for the delay” is when you’re five minutes late. We are over three hours late and no one has made a single announcement explaining what’s going on. In Japan they publicly ridicule train engineers for delays of 20 seconds. What gives Amtrak?!?!?
