I recently visited Turkey from 27/4/2024 to 6/5/2024. During this period, I made only 2 outgoing calls to India and received 1 incoming call from India (see attached screenshot).

Since I had no use for this number abroad, I did not opt for any International roaming pack. Despite this, @airtelindia activated three one-day packs on my number (screenshot attached). Additionally, I was mistakenly charged approximately 110 INR for internet usage on this number.

Why would @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence activate any sort of international pack on my number when I have not requested or authorized it?

However @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence says - it gets activated automatically when you use any services like call, internet and sms.

If so then,

you are silently activating and forcing the consumer FRAUDLY .
