AI models have a massive problem: they are either too rigid to learn or too unstable to keep what they know.

In our latest article, we propose a solution: Self-Reflective Learning Systems. > By decoupling the "decision to learn" from the "mechanism of learning," we use an autonomous agent to trigger targeted LoRA updates only when necessary. This solves catastrophic forgetting once and for all.
