On April 23 I mistakenly sent 20,000 ETB via @telebirr @telebirr_et to the wrong recipient. I immediately contacted customer service (127) and was told the transaction would be reversed within 72 hours once confirmed.

It’s now April 27 and I have received no refund.

Multiple follow-ups have not helped, and my calls are being disconnected when I request assistance.

As a non-Ethiopian customer, this experience is particularly concerning. I hope this is not a pattern, right now it feels like I’m not being treated fairly or given proper support
