Summer workouts are less than 10% of your time. If you cannot carve out 4-7% of your week to train with your teammates & coaches then you are not a serious athlete. There is plenty of time left to work, swim, fish, sleep, etc. Get to workouts & get better!!
To all young CBs if you are playing COVER 2 and you have no FLAT threat continue to sink with your vertical!!! This is text book! Love to see great fundamentals rewarded.

@Steelersdepot I was excited when McDuffie was sitting there at #21 as he was the number one guy I was hoping for them to pick that year. Then the pick happened...at least he's had a nice career some all-pro nods and has two rings all by 24 years old.
@CoachDragge Was 7, 6, 9 with the numbering system I had brought with me. D-line coach wanted it to be 6i, 6, 7 this past season to make it easier for our kids and we made the change. It's 2i, 2, 3 on guards, 4i, 4, 5 on tackles then 6i, 6, 7. Kids liked it so that's what we use now.
