@petechatziplis @ViliardosV A basis point is one percent of one percent. The abstract says that for a 1% increase in energy prices the increase in inflation is 1-1.3 basis points, which is 0.01% - 0.013%. Higher effect is 0.002% to 0.016%. Upper bound on the effect of inflation would be 0.029%.
