I grew up watching single groove racetracks & pure outright dominance, it was hard to pass then, & still great!
I'm not saying things are perfect. Yes dirty air exists, it exists in every series, I'm not smart enough to know how to fix it, get rid of the rear cameras though imo
Very very good race & broadcast, yes its hard to pass, its the Cup series and all the cars are within a couple tenths of each other. But there was still plenty of passing and several great battles for the lead, plus some fun strategy, & multiple grooves so guys could move around
It's been a week since we lost Kyle Busch.
A two-time champion and NASCAR's winningest driver, Busch has a career worth of accolades that will likely never be matched.

@Baguette619 Same here, thanks! I was worried how it'd turn out going on the hood like that, knowing how the PWF mod is, but I think it translated well
We're sad to hear that Tracy Hutchens (better known as Tucknut) passed away on May 15th. Tracy was a huge resource to many back in the days of NR2003
Tracy designed @DaleJr 2017 Nationwide Paint Scheme.
He influenced ALL of us here at BER/BED. He will be greatly missed๐
@fubbaquestor I tallied up BKR's drivers as well. A few of these drove in Cup & had success in the sport before they drove for them, but I still think it's cool that at least a third of the field went thru these two guys' programs, especially knowing their history and what they've accomplished
Thinking about Kyle Busch's legacy not only as a driver, but as a team owner. The Cup field simply would not look like it does today without his development program in trucks. Every one of these drivers made starts for KBM. Not saying it was their only avenue, but it is striking.
Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race.
Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.
There are no words... what an absolute tragedy. Thoughts are with his loved ones and the entire sport. Truly one of if not the best to ever take the wheel
We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
When @frankiemuniz started racing full time in NASCAR, I made it a personal goal of mine to have a design be on one of his vehicles. This one was extra special for a multitude of reasons. Thankful to everyone that was involved, and truly honored to be a small part of it.
Sometimes I look at photos like this and still canโt believe itโs me under that helmet racing.
We had great speed and some incredible battles all race long, but if Iโm being 100% honestโฆ by the middle of Stage 3 I was cooked. Had to switch into full preserve mode and run about 85% the last 30 laps just to make it to the end.
I train hard, but I just found out I need to train even harder to be truly race-ready. Lesson learned.
Huge shoutout to Nico's Hope For Life Foundation for being on the truck this weekend โ an incredible organization doing important work for mental health. @TeamReaume@FordRacing
HAPPY LAUNCH DAY!! ๐๐ฅณ
I've spent the last month building a website so that I can continue to cover #NASCAR. There's lots of content in the pipeline, plus, I'm in the process of moving some of my older exclusive pieces over for viewing.
