@JohnStossel From a “libertarian” this is some garbage. FSD cars are the ultimate in Nanny State power. They demand you watch them drive, can be hacked, can be shut down, and are a permanent perpetual subscription service. FSD, if mandatory, will be a prison. Lots of security, zero freedom.
@The_King_Trout Yes. Absolutely the worst “safety” device ever. I shut the fucking thing off every time I get into the vehicle. I want a class action lawsuit to demand these nanny fucking devices are “opt in” not mandatory “opt out.”
@GarandThumb1 Pretty much all of my older female clients have them and love them. They get to participate in rifle classes with platforms that they can manage well, and get a lot of confidence knowing they can run those PCCs for home defense.
@BamaSaltyMarine SCOTUS decision Tennessee V. Garner is the reason why. The majority basically ends “common law” elements of law enforcement. The decent, written by Renquist, pretty much says exactly what you’re saying.
@seanmdav By extension therefore, a Justice of a Supreme Court, has no meaning. And therefore a “decision” by said Supreme Court, has no meaning. Law only has meaning if the people submit to it or it is enforced by violence. 🤷♂️
