@VodafoneIN Unilaterally migrating subscribers to a higher tariff without express consent violates the spirit of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and TRAI norms.
I'm a postpaid customer and my monthly plan was upgraded without my explicit consent. This has happened in past too.

RBI to take following steps to make Rs.2000 notes withdrawal meaningful- 1. Allow only deposit of Rs 2000 and not exchange . Banks that are not completely digitized should not be allowed like the Urban Co-operative Banks and Regional Rural Banks in this process.
2. Display on RBIs dashboard the deposits in every bank branch in the country.
3. Track unusual deposits in banks and scrutinize accounts of such individuals or firms, after careful consideration.
4. Use Big data and analytics to track illicit flows and networks involved in suspicious transactions.
5. A team of sincere officers should be engaged in regular yet random raids at bank branches to deter bank officials from indulging in unholy nexus with black money holders and launderers.
6. Research must be undertaken regularly on the new ways and means of money laundering and design strategies to disable hoarding.
7. RBI should share data with a central agency which will function as a data warehouse and share data with investigative agencies to crack cases of economic fraud. #RBI @RBI
