Every year I close the banquet with something my dear friend @martinjdugard once said:

@Brandon_L_Davis Wanting to start using these with our kids, what distance do you use? And is there certain measure of "weave" in the set up?

[Howie Hua @howie_hua]

"Why are we teaching math differently? If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Here's my response to this (Part 1)

School vouchers are an imported idea pushed by powerful groups who are focused on ideology, not on what's best for Iowa.

@BeechCC We switched from Remind to Band App this year and I thought it was great. Built in calendar with notifications, files, communication. I also liked that I could access it on a browser on laptop.

Time of year when when the neighbors have a nice yards and I have “Track Coach” yard.

Girls senior night during the 3000!

[Brendan Thompson, PT, DPT @BrendanThompsn]

It’s crazy many HS meets limit relays to one entry. In college, you might see a D or E relay.

This is a big training opportunity, especially if the athlete/s didn’t make the cut in any open or invitational heats.

Which states allow more varsity relay entries?

First meet tonight at Central College Indoor hosted by Pekin. Here's Sophia Young to Briley Lough who would pull the 4x400 to the win right at the finish line! What an exciting race!
