Thanks @VirginAtlantic. Nearly 2 hours after arriving @HeathrowAirport we still have no luggage and being told we will have to wait 1-2 hours to get it! Get your act together and stop blaming the rain, it’s spitting outside!!
@HeathrowAirport is still as rubbish as ever. Had to wait to get on a stand, immigration queues huge and waited for luggage. Apparently, lack of manpower!
@Biffa what a complete shower these people are! They don’t empty bins but charge us anyway and then when I eventually go elsewhere through no choice, they charge me penalties! Their trucks dove past our premises but wouldn’t collect as we were not on that drivers list! I despair!
Six burst water mains in Shutlanger this year. Six times we have gone without water and had our road out of the village closed. Lucky you have a monopoly on water supply @AnglianWater
16 hours without any water in Shutlanger. Can’t even speak to anyone @AnglianWater and they certainly don’t want to talk to us otherwise they will have to replace the old Victorian pipe work that will hit their profits!
Shame on you @AnglianWater. Water off again in Shutlanger. This is now a constant issue for our village. Maybe we should all stop paying our water bills and then you might fix the problem. When are you going to fix the problem rather than put a stocking plaster on it?
The saga with @OctopusEnergy continues. Joined in July 2021. Applied for a smart meter straight away. End October 2021 finally get it. 3 engineers later and still not working. After 2 months wait, engineer came out today and told me again they will commission it. I have no hope
@OctopusEnergy what a joke! 3 months waiting for smart meter install. It doesn’t work. A month with no action. Now I have to wait until a January for it to be commissioned! Not one proactive call in that time to resolve it. No1 for customer service?…..🤷♂️!!!
@OctopusEnergy I can only go on my experience , which has been poor. I sent one email on Monday and another one at 9 am this morning. I have had no response.
So disappointed with @OctopusEnergy. Still don’t have a date for installation of smart meter. Waiting since July. Emailed on Monday, nobody has bothered to respond. Top in customer service?????…..
So disappointed with @OctopusEnergy. Switched in June and still don’t have smart meter date. Until then, can’t have octopus go. Longer it goes on the more they charge me more for charging my EV 😕
Shame on you @SixtUK for allowing the scandal that is happening @sixt Croatia. Customers are being ripped of in excess ways with insurance and fake damage claims against customers. Please do something, you only have to look on Trust Pilot to see what is happening
@SixtUK It’s not that they have taken any extra payment yet. Because I didn’t take insurance as I already have a policy, I was told they would find a scratch and charge me 600 euros against my deposit. All threats so far.
@SixtUK I understand, there seems no way to deal with this in Croatia. I was threatened that if I didn’t take the extra insurance I would be charged hundreds of euros for a ‘scratch’. The assistant was very aggressive. The same threats were issued to everyone. Agreement 9417447683

@PostOffice shocking service with my post office money travel card. I have an issue on my card and have had to wait 15 minutes on your help line calling from Croatia but all call handlers are busy. This is 2019! Should have used @FairFX
