@NoSpinZA I’m beginning to believe that most South Africans are dump. I had doubts and didn’t want to believe what I thought but yall prove me wrong every time. Now I give up. I accept that you lot are dump.
It’s funny how everyone here is praising him for what he said like we all don’t know the issues. What we don’t know is the solution and that’s why they’ve been voted into positions to come up with solutions. As for the blame and pointing of finger we all know. To all those saying he’s a presidential candidate and should be given the opportunity just because he says things well known is the reason we always get disappointed after voting them into power.

He is right but he has no right to blame people when they’ve not provided any proper means for citizens to dispose of waste. I’ve seen people dispose of rubbish because there are no community skip or recycling centre for them to take their waste to. You can only blame them if you’ve provide a proper channel for them to use and they refuse.
