Once again late for work thanks to a 10+ min @GWRHelp delay ruining my half-hourly bus connection. A 10m delay might not seem like much to you, but the knock-on effect is huge. I am fucking sick of your unreliable, shambolic service ruining my mornings.

To make it worse, earlier services are too expensive to even consider. Why the hell does a round trip between Reading and Swindon cost £50?! You charge premium prices for a completely broken service and I can't even get Delay Repay for the time lost. Sort it out.

@GWRHelp Also @networkrail you have no signage on the south side of Reading station to direct people to rail replacement buses departing on the north side.

Cheers @SW_Help for cancelling the train at all stops beyond Salisbury, and then not even thinking to hold a connecting train, so now passengers are going to be even more delayed trying to get to Andover, Basingstoke and London.

Hi @GWRHelp I think it's mad that you have the brass neck too charge the full train fare - £19.50 - for a RAIL REPLACEMENT SERVICE, that takes 3x as long, and will probably be at capacity. Actually outrageous!

Hi @GWRHelp, I understand that disruption happens and that sometimes you have to shut down the line. However, why could you not organise rail replacement coaches between Taunton and Exeter for 4 hours!?! Given how frequently incidents occur, surely you have contingencies??
