Thank you to everyone who joined us at Qubits Europe 2026 in London.
What stood out throughout the day wasn't just the breadth of applications being discussed. It was the momentum behind them.
From manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain optimization to materials science, drug discovery, and advanced computing infrastructure, speakers shared how organizations across Europe are moving quantum computing from exploration to implementation.
Researchers, business leaders, government representatives, and technology innovators came together to discuss not whether quantum will create value, but where it is delivering results today and how to accelerate what's next.

Great speaking with @BenThompsonTV on @BBCBusiness last week. Against the backdrop of the recent G7 meeting, where world leaders discussed the safe and effective deployment of advanced technologies like AI, quantum computing is also rapidly emerging as a strategic priority for investment, exploration and adoption. As the technology continues to advance, organizations and governments should be identifying use cases, building expertise and recognizing where quantum can deliver real value right now. $QBTS #quantumcomputing

Optimization is one of the biggest opportunities in quantum computing. BCG projects quantum computing could create up to $850B in economic value by 2040. Optimization alone is estimated at $100B–$220B, comparable to the global cybersecurity or semiconductor equipment markets. D-Wave’s Advantage2 annealing quantum computer has 4,400+ qubits and, with hybrid solvers, can support problems with up to 2M variables. Our roadmap moves toward Advantage3 systems with 20,000 and ultimately 100,000 qubits, expanding the size and complexity of optimization problems customers can tackle. The market is large. The use cases are real. And our customers are already seeing value. $QBTS #quantumcomputing
