@OctopusEnergy - why does nobody respond to any Customer Service emails regarding EV chargers? I'm trying to get my £1049 back for a charger that hasn't been delivered or installed (ordered 29/12, asked for a refund 4/1/26. Every email gets ignored, and nobody answers the phone.

@bazzacollins I eventually went to the Ombudsman who got them to sort it out. I did get £190 as ‘compensation’ for my troubles though :) Since then I’ve had issues with not being billed also. They say it’s due to them not being able to read the smart meter.

@bazzacollins Indeed - they are generally terrible. I moved over to them from British Gas, and ended up somewhere in the middle and getting piled by both. It may have not been Octopus’s fault, but they would just not respond - or worse, respond saying everything was fine.
