Gensyn has published new details about the upcoming $AI token sale, including Testnet reward calculations, sale terms, multipliers, and eligibility.
Here are the key updates you should know. 👇

2/ 📌 Sale Terms
• 3% of the total $AI supply will be sold.
• Valuation cap is $1B FDV, same as their Oct 2025 a16z round.
• Tokens are unlocked at TGE (except US + optional lockup buyers).
• Refund window: 14 days after allocation announcement.
• Tokens claimable by Feb 2026.

3/ 🧪 Testnet Multiplier - 2% Reward Pool

A total of 2% of the network is allocated to reward Testnet contributors.

Your reward depends on two scores:

• Testnet score (80%)
Based on your real testnet activity over 8 months - RL Swarm, BlockAssist, CodeAssist, Judge, etc.

• Bid score (20%)
Based on your full bid amount, not the final allocation.

Testnet activity is 4× more important than bid size.

4/ 📊 Reward Pool Breakdown
From the 2% (200M tokens):

• 1.6% → Testnet score pool (160M)
• 0.4% → Bid score pool (40M)

Your reward = your share of each pool relative to all eligible participants.

Higher bid = slightly higher rewards, but sub-linear.
Testnet work still matters more.

5/ 📉 Example (from FAQ)
Two users with the same Testnet score but different bids:

• P1 bids $1k → gets 16,800 extra tokens
• P2 bids $2k → gets 17,600 extra tokens

Meaning: doubling your bid does not double your bonus.
Testnet work is king.

6/ 🔍 Testnet Score Details
Scores are based on:

• RL Swarm rounds completed
• Hardware time spent
• Submission timing
• CodeAssist & BlockAssist normalized episode times
• Judge participation
• Discord roles = extra points

Cheating nodes already removed.

7/ 🚫 Exclusions
The following actions lead to disqualification:

• Submitting after the allowed round window
• Skipping key steps in BlockAssist/CodeAssist
• Abnormal reward patterns
• Team, friends, and family are excluded

All testnet data is anonymized before analysis.

8/ 🌐 Mainnet Multiplier (New!)
Starting Dec 5, contributions to new apps on Gensyn Mainnet (including Delphi) receive extra rewards from a separate pool.

Everyone can qualify, no need to join the token sale.

9/ 🖥️ GPU Workstation Drop
Top Testnet contributors may receive a Gensyn-branded GPU workstation shipped in 2026.
Winners will be announced via the eligibility page.

10/ ⏫ Sale Priority
If the sale is oversubscribed, Testnet users get priority.

To qualify:

Have a Testnet account registered before Dec 5 snapshot

Link all Testnet accounts → your ETH wallet

Pass Sonar/Echo KYC

If you interacted even once in the last 8 months, you’re included.
