The very best founders I know are:

- 22 years old, up-skilled heavily while at home during covid
- no college
- great network of friends online doing similar stuff
- can code but not crazy technical
- little interest in raising VC or SV culture.
- good work/life balance, loves what they do but also takes trips and does fun stuff.
