Come on all @TUIUK TUI customers still waiting refunds. If someone took thousand of £ from your bank & you got nothing for it you wouldn't just say ok just have it, you would call fraud team. It's our money we want it back #tuirefund

@TUIUK 7 weeks ago I was told by staff in a TUI branch that my refund would be in my bank in 4-5 days - still nothing. I would like my money back. Your customer service is just not good enough. Has anyone actually received a refund or just the generic one-size-fits-all response?

@SimonCalder@TCsampeters We are waiting 3 weeks for TUI refund but absolutely NO bloody communication apart from a generic message saying thank you for your patience
@TUIUK 3 weeks since told that my refund would be done . Your generic, one-size-fits-all reply isn't good enough . Does TUI actually have the funds to pay all of these refunds? Is this only a delaying tactic until the inevitable announcement that you're closing down. Answer?...
@TUIUK This is exact same email we have had 3 times. Just different names. I have absolutely been patient but this is unacceptable.
I ask you this "if you were in my situation would you like to be as patient as you are asking me to be"? The answer would be NO.
@TUIUK We are day 10 & no refund as we're were told would be paid directly in to our bank account. I am assuming that this was a complete fabrication. We are told to be patient but I think 10 days is long enough. We paid for our holiday promptly as requested can you do the same
@ABTAtravel We are being totally ignored by TUI. Despite being told we would have a refund in the bank in 5 days it is now day 12 & hours on hold & being told to be patient.....well sorry my patients is at an end.
@TUIUK Your company needs to clarify what the hell is going on with these refunds " please be patient" is now simply NOT good enough. Ref article in The Independent Newspaper.
