@paulcomp@bernardjackman@jimhamilton4 If Ireland didnt collapse the scrum everytime and stayed up, the scrum will just go backwards and SA will score a try. So the sequence of scrums was because of Ireland not staying in the contest. It helps SA because they run down the clock and stays in Ireland 22m while leading.
@hendrikcronje71 Wonder when Rassie is going to start looking at younger locks? Feels like we are going to have 4 locks retire at the same time and only Moerat was brought in to the group?
@jaredwright17 I would like to see Rassie bringing in some younger locks in to the environment. Kleyn, RG, Sous and Lood very injury prone. Feels like we are going to have 4 locks all retire at the same time…
@rugby_ap Tricky one if you Pick JL at 8 for test 1 do you then drop Van Staden to make way for Siya? I thought Marco played really well in both tests? Can’t imagine dropping Siya though?😫
Fed up with feeling STIFF + RESTRICTED in your swing over the opening few holes?⛳️😭
Throwing away SHOTS?! 😩
Take action 👊
A few minutes preparing your body to perform is such an easy win! 🙌
8 moves to try👇
1️⃣ - Single Arm Row + Reach
Fire those lats up as well as the rear part of the shoulder with a banded row. Adding in the opposite side reach is a nice way to create extra freedom through the trunk and also help to load the hip as well.
@ForePlayPod@RapsodoGolf Nope he needs to putt better… he leaves himself with too much work after the first putt. If he starts to two-putt every hole he will break 90 consistently…
@rugby_ap A-P im not watching mutch of the domestic english rugby but since the 2019 RWC final is there no other front rowers than Marler, George, Cole and Genge. The four of them get picked every game… but Eng lost against the Boks in 2019 and 2023 because of the scrum?
