In my front office I have displayed the posters of the innocent Israelis kidnapped by Hamas.
They will stay up until every single person is safely returned home.
There's a painful reality we confront – the denial of anti-Semitism. In London, people tear down posters depicting Jewish children kidnapped by Hamas terrorists in #Gaza. It's disheartening that some blindly accept the sinister narratives of #Hamas and ISIS-like terrorists without evidence while dismissing the heartfelt stories of Jews from #Israel, even when backed by proof.
In the face of this, we witness attacks on Jewish homes in France, serving as a stark reminder of the lingering hatred. Tragically, some Middle East media refuses to meet the parents of the kidnapped Jewish children, in stark contrast to their readiness to depict every aspect of life in Gaza, even the suffering of an injured cat.
In the most heartbreaking moments, when we recount the atrocities committed by Hamas – the killing and burning of over a thousand Jewish children and women in Israel on that fateful October 7th – skeptics demand names, addresses, bodies, and videos, as if human suffering could be reduced to mere evidence. Yet, when Hamas claims 10,000 deaths, they are believed without question, highlighting a cruel double standard.
But amidst this darkness, we must rise. We must remember the horrors of the past. During Hitler's time, you and I weren't alive. Now, in the era of Hamas, we are here and pledge 'never again.' We stand here today, armed with knowledge and compassion, and declare that under no circumstances will we accept the resurgence of anti-Semitism. Together, we can confront this hatred, foster understanding, and build a world where acceptance and love triumph over prejudice.

We are told that most Palestinians do not support Hamas.
Very well.
Where then are the large scale Palestinian protests demanding Hamas release the abducted hostages - children, toddlers, grandparents, civilians - immediately and unconditionally?
Where then is the sole Palestinian protester standing in Times or Trafalgar Square with a sign that says “Not in My Name”?
Where is the one Palestinian intellectual who will write an op-ed expressing deep shame that acts of the greatest cruelty in human history were carried out in the name of “Free Palestine” and “From the River to the Sea”?
If the PLO, Fatah and Palestinian Authority represent moderate Palestinians, where is the outcry? The horror? The heartfelt denunciations? Why must international pressure be fruitlessly brought to bear to try to elicit even a pale shadow of them?
If Hamas is not supported in Gaza, where then is the Palestinian in Gaza who will come forth with information about the hostages?
Even in Nazi Germany, when some Germans understood that Hitler was bringing disaster on their country, there were those who attempted to assassinate him. Where are the Palestinians in Gaza who will take action against Hamas?
And why is it that the instinctive response of so many to these questions is to make excuses as to why not even one of these things should be expected of any Palestinian anywhere?
We finally have courageous Arab and Muslim inspirational voices expressing those feelings and ideas. Why then is so little expected of Palestinians?
An Islamic Jihad missile has killed many Palestinians at a Gazan hospital - a place where lives should be saved.
Shame on the media who swallow the lies of Hamas and Islamic Jihad - broadcasting a 21st century blood libel around the globe.
Shame on the vile terrorists in Gaza who wilfully spill the blood of the innocent.
Never before has the choice been clearer. Israel is standing against an enemy made of pure evil. If you stand for humanity - for the value of all human life - you stand with Israel.
Imagine being in a position to restore electricity, fuel, food, and water to 2,000,000 people by simply releasing 150 innocent people — including infants — you just kidnapped. That's the choice Hamas is facing, and their decision proves they are working against both Israelis AND Palestinians
The scenes we have seen in Israel over the last 36 hours are truly horrifying.
I spoke to Prime Minister @netanyahu earlier today to assure him of the UK’s steadfast support as Israel defends itself against these attacks.
Terrorism will not prevail.
