Economist Richard Werner revealed that the IMF deliberately manufactured the Asian Financial Crisis and bankrupted Thailand🇹🇭, to force them to sell off their national industries to foreign oligarchs for bargain basement prices.
The IMF is the economic warfare arm of Washington. Crises are manufactured for Western oligarchs to expand their market share and concentrate wealth in their hands.
🇹🇭‼️🚨 One moment you're watching a guy sing, seconds later a huge raging fire blasts through the room as burning people run outside… insanity.
Unbelievable how fast these fires spread, and how huge they are.
The huge investment needed to replace Chinese financing in critical industries highlights the scale of the challenge facing the US and Europe as they seek to reduce Beijing’s grip on strategic supply chains. Can they really afford to decouple from China? https://t.co/ry2D1uZyvC

@DrOzCMS
This is really telling you have the head of the CMS and human services or you are a huge powerful person in the federal government…
YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON AND YOU CAN DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT FOR TALK IN PLATITUDES YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE POWER, BUT YOU WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING EXCEPT TALK IN LIKE SARCASTIC TONES
If I WERE IN YOUR POSITION-AND I HAD that POWER I WOULDN’T JUST COME THERE TO MEET NICK SHIRLEY FOR A VIDEO I WOULD COME THERE WITH A WHOLE TASK FORCE OF FBI SHUTTING THE damn PLACE DOWN
🚨 MUST WATCH this video by @nickshirleyy exposing a billion-dollar Medicaid fraud scheme in NYC:
Fraudsters are running “adult daycares” and home care operations that bill the government massive amounts for services that are barely (or never) provided. Elderly people — many Korean — get small kickbacks just to show up and play ping pong or tai chi while the operators pocket millions.
You also see Indian and Chinese operators in similar schemes. They’re not hiding it. They’re openly saying: “The money is there — we’re going to take it.” And it’s completely legal under the current rules.

This is what happens when you have a high-trust society and people from low-trust cultures see an open spigot of taxpayer money
How did we get here?
In the 1990s, President @BillClinton worked with Speaker @newtgingrich on real welfare reform. They put hard caps on how much money could go to each state (and effectively each county). Welfare rolls dropped dramatically, work requirements were added, and it helped balance the federal budget. It was one of the most successful bipartisan reforms in decades.
That system had limits. It treated taxpayer money like it was finite.
Then Barack Obama took office and removed the caps and limits on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements to the states. Rush Limbaugh called it out at the time — he couldn’t believe what was happening.
Once the guardrails came off, it became a free-for-all. Foreign criminal syndicates and organized groups saw the opportunity. Koreans, Indians, Chinese — they all figured it out fast: “America hands out the money, we take it.”
We live in a trust society. We assume people won’t cheat the system if they can. Unfortunately, many from these cultures operate differently. They don’t care about the United States or preserving it. They see a giant pot of money and they take as much as the rules allow. The video shows exactly that mindset in action.
A 23-year-old kid (@nickshirleyy) had to go figure out these obvious red flags in the books because the people getting paid to oversee this didn’t.
If we don’t see immediate arrests and real action on these clear fraud cases, someone needs to resign. These foreign syndicates are stealing billions in tax dollars.
President @realDonaldTrump needs to put hard caps back on the amount of money that can go to each state — exactly like Clinton and Gingrich did.
Better yet: Trump should sit down with Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, and the right people and rebuild a system with real limits. Clinton managed our tax dollars better on this issue than what we’ve seen lately.
@DrOzCMS — the red flags are screaming. Time to clean house. Enough is enough.f
I fully support Nick Shirley's work in exposing these tax fraud rings—it is highly valuable and much needed. Furthermore, Korean immigrants caught committing fraud in this video absolutely deserve to face legal consequences. Crime is crime, regardless of nationality or ethnicity.
However, this video contains some critical blunders that risk distorting the true nature of this crime.
Nick literally walks into a daycare center filled with Chinese signs, interviews Chinese people, and calls them "Korean." He points at elderly people playing Mahjong, a game Koreans almost never play, and claims Koreans are playing board games with American tax dollars. He then mentions Tai Chi, which is not part of Korean culture, and narrates that US tax dollars are funding "Koreans practicing Tai Chi."
Looking at the pharmacy storefronts, which are 99% in Chinese, my immediate concern as a Korean is that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) might be systematically draining money from American taxpayers. The potential national security risks, and the very nature of this massive scam, especially when that money is laundered back to the home country, change drastically depending on whether the perpetrators are individual Korean immigrants or a coordinated operation backed by the CCP. This bears a similar character to the Somali fraud scandal in Minnesota.
Even Dr. Oz, who accompanied Nick, briefly mentioned the human trafficking in Flushing's Chinatown and noted the potential involvement of a foreign government. It is a little frustrating that while much of the evidence in this report practically screams "CCP," it is largely overlooked, while the narration repeatedly points the finger at Korea.
I sincerely hope the creators realize that these mistakes could possibly dilute the severity of the real threat, and I urge them to fact-check and accurately distinguish between the two going forward. (@nickshirleyy)
Billions in NYC Medicare/Medicaid fraud, Adult daycares packed like roaches, fake medical suppliers in apartments with zero inventory, Korean/Chinese organized rings gaming the system
