@mathlonning @SingularityRes May 2026 with 756 flights in 23d, 32 flights per day. Multiply 32 per day for all 31 days and we hit 1015 flights. $TMDX has never had 900 flights in any month. A 1000 month is telling us that 1) Studies ramping 2)CHOPS approved 3) Gaing mkt share. @JonahLupton

Why would Waleed suddenly start using more ground transport? It was available in 2024/2025. Do you think Waleed said, “guys, jet fuel is expensive. Let’s drive more often this quarter”. He said fuel wasn’t an issue.

@mathlonning Nice to find inefficiencies. Flight data is glaring example where “novices” outsmarted analysts. Funny that Waleed quit mocking us flight data folk a couple qtrs ago.

@mathlonning I forgot that Heart Part A is testing doing transplant >4h after harvest; so no control group in that arm. Not to beat dead horse, but medically/statistically not able to release results (success or not) until study completed. Early on, # of pts too few to make data relevant.

@JonahLupton Yes, studies are likely explanation. Waleed said 2026 guidance did not include study cases…I think. Am I mistaken on that point? $TMDX

@JonahLupton Waleed promised resolution of study control arm issue by late April at ISHLT. Competitor refused to be randomized. My GUESS is FDA is allowing $TMDX to compare results to historical “cold-storage” results. Maybe the studies are underway.
