If your flight is delayed they have tools to let you know what time you’ll arrive and it adjusts based on your travel time…baffling that we’re sitting on the tarmac for an hr waiting 4 a gate bc the ORD team didn’t know we were coming. Another ruined trip by @AmericanAir

Hey @AmericanAir, please train & align your PHX tkt staff. I spoke w/ 6 agents & manager who all insisted on a $100 ovwt fee for a bag 4 lbs over. Ur app chatbot cnfrnd otherwise. No apology or acknowledgment from anyone involved. Fix this—your #platinum customers deserve better.
