A postman wearing an England shirt has been caught on camera kicking a blind shih tzu ‘like a football’ - with it later dying from organ failure.
Owner Eve Lewis, 40, said the man denied attacking her dog Ethel, but Ring doorbell footage showed that he had, just seconds after he handed over a parcel.
The 11-year-old pet was partially blind and had only one tooth, so posed no threat, Ms Lewis said.
‘The driver was walking away and still made the effort to turn around and kick her.
‘He didn’t just kick her, he toe punted her like she was a football. She flew up in the air and hit the ground and rolled three times.’
The NHS worker, who lives with her five-year-old son and their other dog, Stanley, a French bulldog, described her panic after the attack.
She took Ethel from their home in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, to the vets’, but was told she could not be saved.
‘Her blood pressure dropped and they put tubes up her nose. Then they said there’s internal bleeding.
Ms Lewis made the difficult decision to put Ethel down after the vet said she had suffered irreversible brain damage.
She told The Sun: ‘We always called her Ethel 2.0 because after every surgery she had she would bounce back, but she didn’t make it this time. She was an old gal.
‘I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I’m heartbroken and angry. I’ve gone through about 100 packs of tissues.’
It is understood the postman has been suspended by Royal Mail.
I have been busy on TV & Radio telling people not to do this, but some people never listen

Most people would think twice before jumping into a river known for its dangerous currents. But after a thoughtless, cruel act, John Byrne didn't hesitate.
Back in 2011, John, a well known and well liked man had fallen on hard times and was living on a bridge in Dublin, Ireland. He shared his life on the streets with two cherished companions, a Jack Russell Terrier and a rabbit named Barney.
One summer evening, a young 18-year-old man changed everything when he grabbed Barney and threw him into the River Liffey.
The river is notorious for its strong currents and filthy water, but the moment John saw his beloved rabbit struggling, he jumped into action. He leapt into the water and managed to reach Barney before it was too late. After pulling him to safety, John even performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, helping the rabbit regain consciousness.
But the ordeal wasn't over. Exhausted and freezing, John found himself stranded below the bridge and had to be rescued by firefighters. At one point during the rescue, he reportedly became distressed because he didn't want to be taken away from the bridge where his dog was waiting for him.
When asked why he risked his life, John's answer was simple:
"Because he is my child. I love him and I just wanted to save him. I didn't think, I just jumped."
The young man responsible was later convicted on animal cruelty charges, while John was honored with a Compassionate Citizen Award for his bravery.
John's story is a powerful reminder that love isn't measured by what you own or where you live. Sometimes, the deepest acts of courage come from people who have the least to give ~ except their whole heart.
The offender, Gary Kearney, was imprisoned for 4 months for this horrible offence.
Exploiting animals for a photo op is NEVER a good look.
Animals at tourist traps are often abused, imprisoned, & separated from their families 💔 There are so many fun excursions you can take that don't involve animals! Don't be that kind of tourist!

This is the life every lab beagle deserves.
And we are going to give it to them.
You see this kind of thing in struggling lower-income Southern households, and it tells a very specific story.
When life hasn't delivered much.... no wealth, no power, no real social standing.... some folks discover that white supremacy is basically a free membership card to a club that makes them feel superior without requiring any actual achievement.
It's the world's laziest status symbol.
The starter kit is always the same:
*A Confederate flag honoring a war their ancestors lost badly 160 years ago.
*A gun they'll never actually need.
*A Bible they've never actually read.
*And Fox News running 24/7 telling them they're REAL Americans.... unlike those fancy elitist Democrats who are secretly importing an army of replacement voters to steal their....
Their what exactly? Their Dollar General? Their 1987 Camaro on cinder blocks in the yard?
FOX found the formula, and they never let go of it: Take a man who has nothing, tell him the reason he has nothing is because those people are taking it.... and suddenly he's not a struggling nobody.
He's a soldier in a cultural war. He matters. He's relevant. He becomes a MAGA Warrior!
And THAT.... ladies and gentlemen.... is precisely how a twice-impeached, four-times-indicted, 34-time felon, bankrupt New York con man who golfs at his own resorts became the hero of the working man.
You genuinely cannot make this stuff up.
And I write this so that hopefully they will recognize what they have done and what they are doing and snap out of it.....
I was born and raised in Appalachia ... These very people could be my relatives ..... but ... I .... got common sense from my granny ----- "question everything". VIA~Lee Murphy
A helpless street dog was shot dead in Sikar. What kind of society are we becoming?
If this goes unpunished, it sets a dangerous precedent.
Strict action needed NOW.

His name is Arunachalam Muruganantham.
He was born in 1961 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. His father died in a road accident when he was a child. His mother worked as a farm labourer to keep him in school. At 14, he dropped out to support her.
In 1998, he married Shanthi. One day, he saw her hiding a dirty rag she had been washing and reusing during her menstrual cycle because sanitary pads were too expensive.
He decided to make her affordable ones.
He made a pad from cotton and handed it to her. The feedback was devastating. He went back to experimenting. He needed volunteers to test each prototype. Medical students were too embarrassed. He tested the pads himself.
He built a uterus from a football bladder filled with animal blood and wore it under his clothes. He walked, ran and cycled to test the absorption. His clothes began to smell. The village concluded he was mad.
His wife filed for divorce. His mother left. His neighbours ostracised him.
He kept experimenting alone.
For years, he could not figure out what commercial pads were made of. Then one day, a courier arrived while he was out. His dog tore it open. Inside were samples from an American supplier. He examined the material closely.
Pine bark wood pulp. That was the secret.
He spent four years building a machine to process it. Commercial pad making machines cost Rs 35 million. He built one for Rs 65000.
He took it to IIT Madras in 2006. Out of 943 entries in the National Innovation Foundation competition, his machine came first. The President of India presented him the award.
Multinational corporations offered to buy the patent. He turned every one of them down. He sold the machines exclusively to women’s self help groups. Today, over 1300 units operate across 23 states employing thousands of women.
Five years after she filed for divorce, Shanthi saw him on television receiving the award. She called. She came back.
He held no grudge.
TIME magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2014. Padma Shri in 2016. A documentary inspired by his work won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Short in 2019.
He still lives in a modest apartment. He said if you get rich you have an apartment with an extra bedroom. And then you die.
