@kimgoodspeed1 @tribelaw This is highly dependent on the definition of "mass shooting." Change it at all, correlation disappears. It also had no effect on homicides. There is also an issue trying to quantify such a rare event. You are more likely to be struck by lightning than die by mass shooting.

@IronStache Legally owned machine guns, which assault rifles are legally, have only been used in 3 crimes since 1934. They are not the problem. AR-15's? More die of hands and feet than them. They are also less deadly than other guns.
