@Se_Railway Why is the train from Hastings to London so packed, with no free seats.? Young children are taking up seats, instead of sitting on their parent’s laps. You should be making announcements to make sure that older people can have seats instead of standing. Poor service!

@Se_Railway Thank you, but that wasn’t my point! You should be making announcements to let people know where free seats are available, & saying that priority should be given to older and disabled people. There are 8 carriages on this train, which is packed, & toddlers are sitting on seats

Just on train from Hastings to London and it’s packed, with standing room only. Children are sitting and the parents aren’t allowing older people to sit. Why don’t you make announcements that seats should be given up to older people? Children can sit on their parents’ laps

@HMRCcustomers Morning, I need an 18 digit reference number to pay voluntary contribution to my pension. It is impossible to get through to Future Pensions Centre or HMRC. I’ve been trying for several days now and mostly the numbers are engaged or I’m cut off. It is so frustrating.
