You don’t have to bet as about a year ago I did that experiment-I ate roughly 200gm of carbs a day primarily coming from fruits, honey and other whole food carbs for 30
days

What were the results?

I saw no significant improvement in any aspect of my training or recovery, but to be fair no major detriment either

On the negative side, my guts just didn’t feel as calm as when on carnivore, I became much hungrier and thus ate more than I usually do and gained about 10 lbs

Also I started to develop some mild tendinitis my right shoulder

I abandoned it at that point as the benefits were minimal and the negatives were becoming problematic

For the foreseeable future I’ll stick to a primarily carnivore style diet!
