@CPATaxTeam From my experience the only Augusta rule scenarios that work are the ones where you don't ask questions. Once you start scratching the surface they break down immediately.
@DailyTaxMemes@CPATaxTeam@jamestalarico Good guys don't make an impact in DC. Get eaten alive and then you turn into Cornyn. To make an impact in DC you have to be gangster.
There is a lot to unpack here along with forces moving in opposite directions. On one hand you have the bubble bursting in the suburbs concentrated in upper Collin County and East Denton County. This will be exacerbated by the tsunami of tech layoffs driven by AI. On the other hand you have downtown Dallas being clobbered by the corporate relos (ATT+Comerica) to exactly the same area where home prices are resetting, along with dozens of other corporate relos from out of state moving to Legacy, Legacy West, Star District and Frisco Station.
@ForemanTaxLaw@cards_fan_66 A ROBS serving its intended purpose is like a unicorn. Never seen one. What I have seen over and over is people losing retirement savings.
I run a TR outfit. UT+Onvio+SP+Ignition. SurePrep definitely improved this year. The review process is now truly web based. Not that clunky file you had to download to review source docs. Also the tax automation button they added to UT allows you to upload source docs directly to SP from UT. SafeSend is definitely intriguing because of its gather tool. The only thing that is holding me back is that I have to train Onvio clients to use SafeSend if I switch.
@cordes_tax Hovercraft are 100% deductible, specially when not for business use. How else are you expected to get from your house to the detached garage and pool. And, qualify for various tax credits. There you go.
@LegalFockery@KurtSupeCPA You are such a 🤡. Wesley Snipes did hard time for following the advice of someone like you. Anyone following tax advice from an untrained, uneducated paralegal should 100% suffer the consequences for being stupid.
