@designed4test Also, I think I'd prefer to prioritise NFRs like "must have ~99.95% uptime" and try to implement challenging problems like redundancy/failover/HA during my 9-5 so that I don't have to be on call
@designed4test Does it depend on what you spend the time doing? i.e. investigating an ongoing issue Vs being on call? Also, if something big like your cloud provider going down happens, are you supporting, or waiting? Do they have different rates?
