Well that was a complicated course but pleased to say that I am now an Authorised Representative (AR) for planning, supervising and transporting movements of Dangerous Goods which will allow me to deliver DG training to my range staff. Thanks to the instructors @RAF_Cosford

I’ve been spending a bit of time re-reading @CollegeofPolice leadership review realising @WMerciaPolice have been moving in the right direction since I last read it in 2016. Recommendations 1,3 & 4 have seen the biggest change I think 💭
