I used to get in my head about starting the year perfectly and found myself burning out before February so I stopped. Build up smart, small habits. Think about one thing you can do that will make teaching your goal(s) easier. Take the time to write it out.

@Prison_Health microfiber cloth! I keep one by the sink in my bathroom for a daily soap/water wash and then the fine one that comes in the glasses case for wiping them during the day! In a pinch, coffee filters! Don’t use paper towels or napkins, they have wood pulp in them that will scratch!
