@turo is definitely not a reliable platform for peer to peer car rentals. My experience sucks, and the world should know. A @TuroSupport agent named Rodruigo just ended the chat mid dispute. They can remove reviews of host but don't care to investigate fraudulent fees

What's more, you never get any live agent to speak to @turo . You can onky reach @turo support via chat and if they transfer you, you have to type your complaints all over again. Oh and the rep can decide to the chat even if you send in texts. @turo is definitely not a

It's going to 2 months now and @turo will not investigate my dispute of almost $200. They even deleted my review on the hosts page. This same host who called me names. These guys only carr about the money, they don't care about service @turo
